The FANUC Robot Station Learning System – Tabletop Mechatronics (87-TMS4F) from Amatrol integrates a FANUC 200iD 6-axis articulated arm servo robot station to Amatrol’s Tabletop Mechatronics Learning System. This training system teachers the concepts of a servo robot material handling using a FANUC robot to retrieve parts from the three sliding chutes on Tabletop Mechatronics’ Station 3 (87-TM52) and places them in the gravity feed on Station 1 (87-TMS1) or in on e of the bins mounted on the end of the workstation (88-200) This system provides a continuous loop or a means to transfer parts out of the system.
Learners will build hands on skills like testing an area scanner, operating a servo robot-based inventory station, constructing flow chart, designing mechatronics-PLC-to robot workstation interface and so many more. Some of these topics include:
This learning system is equipped with real-world industrial components such as:
The robot and controller are mounted to a mobile 88-200 workstation.
The requirements for this system are:
eLearning: All Amatrol training systems have interactive, multimedia eLearning courses and modules tied to these learning concepts. This curriculum utilizes text with voiceovers, pictures, videos, stunning 3D animations, interactive quizzes and knowledge checks, pre- and post-quizzes and more. Through partnerships with key industry leaders and leading educators, Amatrol developed the right balance of knowledge to train learners to work in their chosen field.
Student Reference Guides: A sample copy of Student Reference Guide is included with the learning system. Sourced from the curriculum, the Student Reference Guide takes the entire series’ technical content contained in the learning objectives and combines them into one perfectly-bound book. You may also purchase as many additional SRGs as you need.
Virtual Trainer: This Learning System also features a virtual multi-media trainer! Amatrol’s virtual trainers replicate hands-on equipment in such great detail that learners will feel like they are using the actual equipment. Learners will perform essentially the same tasks using virtual trainers that they would perform using equipment hardware. Transition from theory to hands-on is a seamless process.
