Amatrol’s virtual CNC simulator will walk students through developing a program step-by-step, or allow them to create their own program from scratch. They can make adjustments to G and M codes, work area, etc. The simulator will run the program, highlighting each line as it’s operated so learners can watch their work in real-time.
Amatrol’s Programmable Logic Control simulator is a full conveyor-system simulation that teaches a student how to program the system one step at a time. The trainer breaks the system down into eight scenes that the learner must individually program to work together. Schematics, diagrams and curriculum aid the learner’s progress.
The capstone project puts all scenes together into one working system. This includes operator stations, a tank, a conveyor, punch presses and motors.
