In addition to following the flow of two different colored fluids through the acrylic heat exchanger shell and tubes, this transparent training tool allows the user to completely dismantle and reassemble the unit in the classroom to see what each component looks like and how the gaskets are positioned.
This unit consists of 3 parts, the base, reservoir, and pump. Due to its size this trainer can be transported between classrooms and/or used in multiple location. Built with stainless steel valves the Tabletop Heat Exchanger Circulation trainer is realistic and longer lasting.
The dimensions of this unit are 24”L x 14”W x 24”H and requires 110-120 VAC / 60 Hz power / 1-phase power.
