Industry 4.0 Fundamentals by Amatrol is a four-course program that schools and employers across the country are adopting as THE platform for teaching Industry 4.0. The program is designed around the fundamental concepts and technologies of Industry 4.0, including mechatronics, industrial controls, industrial robotics, and the industrial internet of things (IIoT).
Learners work through a rotation of interactive eLearning courses and hands-on skills on authentic industrial equipment, with technology from brands like FANUC, Rockwell, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, SMC and more. The curriculum and program fully prepares learners to earn industry-recognized credentials from the Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA).

In addition to the skills-based curriculum, the program was designed as an all-inclusive learning experience for students. So imbedded in the coursework are career exploration activities, project-based learning to develop critical thinking and teamwork, as well as the opportunity for students to sit for occupational certifications through the Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA) and FANUC (via NOCTI).

This curriculum utilizes text with voiceovers, pictures, videos, stunning 3D animations, interactive quizzes and knowledge checks, pre- and post-quizzes and more.
